Tension Release Hub Torsion Spring Back Winder

Safely back wind the torsion springs in tricky “slipped cable” situations
Easily slide and tighten the solid steel hub on either end of the torsion shaft to back wind the torsion springs using a 5/8" winding bar unwrap and re-install the cables on drum
Can be used on 1" solid or hollow shafts
