3/4 HP460V 3PH Industrial Continuous Duty Jackshaft Operator
Ideal for Sectional Doors Rolling Steel
Monitored logic board with integral 372Mhz radio receiver that can hold up to 20 transmitters (MK-00647/ MK-00653/ MK-00659) or 200 of the 1 channel hand held transmitters (MK-00660).
N-1 Through-beam (MK-00649) photocells included. Other options available.
3-btn O/S/C (02-103) wall control station included
Electromechanical slide-in edge for sectional doors.
With appropriate mounting channel this edge will fit nearly all doors from 1-1/2" to 2" thick. The ME116 has been designed to fit all CHI doors with double track bottom retainers.
ME116 is resistant to flame water and most common greases and oils
Electromechanical slide in edge for 1" to 2" sectional doors.
Touch sensitive signaling allows for immediate stopping or reversing of motion. The ME117 is resistant to water flame and most common greases and oils.
A brake band hold-down for a mechanical dock leveler includes a frictional brake that grabs the hold-down when the ramp is at the proper elevation.
If additional upward force (this can happen when trailers move up and down when trucks are loaded or unloaded) is applied to the ramp the frictional brake will give way just enough to accommodate the change.
This prevents the dock leveler ramp from being damaged.
Used on docks where excessive friction from up and down trailer
movement occurs (yard jockeys air ride trailers etc.).
Can be used in material handling application where medium to heavy dock
protection is required
“Gliding” heavy-duty steel face is 3/8” thick and independently anchored with elongated holes to face of bumper allowing bumper to compress AND offer high surface abrasion resistance
Rubber pads laminated between steel angles and secured with 3/4” rods
Bumper is fastened to dock surface with 3/8” steel angles and/or flat plates depending on the model chosen.
