Prox.pad™ plus is a fully integrated PC managed single door access system with a stand alone proximity reader and keypad.
The prox.pad plus when used on it’s own provides standard access control functionality with the use of it’s two relays and two inputs for request to exit and door position and enhanced system functionality when used with Hub Manager® Professional software.
The software allows the management of people and doors through easy to create reports and step by step wizard assisted expanded feature functionality.
The software can communicate to the prox.pad plus either through a 485 connection or on a LAN/WAN using the SEG-1 TCP/IP communication device.
By utilizing the proximity reader and keypad together a higher level of security is achieved by requiring both to grant access.
The prox.pad plus can be directly mounted to a single gang electrical box or to most flat surfaces.

The direct drive operator consists of a DC electric motor directly coupled to a hollow shaft (30:1 reduction) worm gear reducer designed to install over keyed door shaft.
Continuous duty 1 HP 90 V DC 1750 rpm motor suitable for
110 to 240 V 1 PH and 60 Hz power supply.
Comes with integral absolute encoder to control the door travel
24 V 5 amps back-up battery pack and 3/8” ratchet socket to
accept and crank for manually operating the door in case of power failure
Programmable wall mountable UL325 compliant NEMA 4X control panel with LCD display and OPEN-CLOSE-STOP buttons on cover
H-style operators include a floor level chain hoist to ease manual operation in an emergency or power outage.
The operators are typically mounted to the wall when used with larger sectional overhead doors with vertical or high lift and mounted to the wall or the front of the hood when used with rolling doors and grilles.
H operators are attached to the door jackshaft to indirectly drive the door.
With the addition of the 828LM MyQ technology enables the user to monitor and control their operator and light with their smartphone tablet or computer.
Alerts can be received as email or pop-up (push) notifications on a mobile device ensuring the status of your commercial door.
Security+ 2.0™ safeguards your facility – with every click a new code is sent to the commercial door operator so the door opens only for you.

The Loop Replacement System (LRS) features advanced 3-axis magnetoresistive sensing technology that responds to changes in the Earth’s magnetic field caused by ferrous objects.
Three sensing elements provide measurements in the X Y and Z axes to improve detection sensitivity when used in either above or below ground installations.
The LRS is equipped with our new DETECT-ON-STOP™ or (DOS®) feature which allows detection only when a vehicle has come to a complete stop.
Model 4000 Insulated roll up door is complete with a curtain hood guides counterbalance and option for operation such as chain hoist electric operator.
The insulation shall consist of closed cell urethane foam injected insulation a minimum of 1 inch thick providing a 7.2 R-value and sound barrier protection with an STC 25 rating.
Insulation is pressure foamed in place bonding both the front and back slats while filling all voids and creating a thermal break.
Pricing varies according to size and options selected.
Shutters can be up to 13'- 6 inches wide and 12 feet tall with UL labels Class A B or C while still being able to function as normal counter rolling shutters.
Oversized fire shutters can be manufactured up to 20 feet wide
