Any upward-acting door may be fitted at the leading edge with an electro-mechanical safety weatherstrip.
This mechanism consists of a formed galvanized steel section covered with vinyl impregnated rubber hinged along the full width of the leading door edge.
Can be adjusted to approximately 2½" (63.5mm) to form a tight weather seal.
The hinge linkage is arranged that minimum pressure is required to activate the electrical control switch causing door to reverse direction of travel to the fully open position.
Reverse switch is enclosed in a galvanized housing with a sliding plunger to assure positive actuation every time.

Prox.pad™ plus is a fully integrated PC managed single door access system with a stand alone proximity reader and keypad.
The prox.pad plus when used on it’s own provides standard access control functionality with the use of it’s two relays and two inputs for request to exit and door position and enhanced system functionality when used with Hub Manager® Professional software.
The software allows the management of people and doors through easy to create reports and step by step wizard assisted expanded feature functionality.
The software can communicate to the prox.pad plus either through a 485 connection or on a LAN/WAN using the SEG-1 TCP/IP communication device.
By utilizing the proximity reader and keypad together a higher level of security is achieved by requiring both to grant access.
The prox.pad plus can be directly mounted to a single gang electrical box or to most flat surfaces.

Model 7000 are manufactured with UL labels of Class A B or C; however their sizes can be customized to an extent with UL oversize certificates.
Model 7000 fire door includes UL labels of 3 1½ and ¾ hours.
The fire door’s heat-sensing technology will allow the doors to close automatically with additional smoke protection available that makes the fire door more reliable than alternative options.
Door sizes can be customized to fit openings that are 43 feet and 6 inches wide by 26 feet tall.

The viscous speed governor can be set to automatically close the fire shutters at speeds of 6 inches per second up to 24 inches per second complying with NFPA 80 specifications.
This is installed onto the panel when the door is opened it is engaged and will keep the door open above the header so there is no hang down of the door.
The door will stay open above the header to eliminated the door being damaged.
